This mural was created by clients at the AF Whitsitt Center,

a residential program providing treatment services to adults

suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

The imagery represents the lighthouse which once stood

at the approaches to Baltimore.  

The project was worked on over a 10 week period by about 80 adults.
